This website is operated by Cantra, ABN 35 673 620 687, of Warehouse 3/2 Naxos Way, Keysborough VIC 3173, Australia. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Cantra.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive an order acknowledgement.

We may decline or cancel an order — including after acknowledgement — where the item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, where we cannot deliver to your address, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

We try to keep pricing accurate, but errors happen. Where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Title to goods passes to you on receipt of payment in full. Risk in the goods passes on delivery.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but images are illustrative and specifications may change as manufacturers update their ranges.

You are responsible for satisfying yourself that a product suits your intended use — including that a machine, can or lid is appropriate for your particular beverage, fill temperature, carbonation and food-safety requirements. If you are unsure, ask us or book a demo before ordering.

Our equipment and packaging are supplied for use by food businesses. You remain responsible for complying with all applicable food-safety laws, standards and local council requirements, including labelling, allergen declarations, shelf-life validation and cold-chain management.

Cantra does not certify or validate the shelf life or safety of any beverage you produce.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

To the extent permitted by law, and other than in respect of those guarantees, our liability arising out of the supply of goods is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the price paid.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of production or business interruption.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and layout — is owned by or licensed to Cantra and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish it commercially without our written permission.

Where you supply artwork for printed cans, you warrant that you own or are licensed to use that artwork, and you indemnify us against any claim arising from our use of it in fulfilling your order.

We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
